Usage & balance
What each action costs, how holds and settlement work, where balance comes from and when it expires.
Paid actions draw on one usage balance, shown in dollars. Each action is charged from the data provider's actual usage at the platform rate, and shows its typical and maximum price before it runs. Prices exclude taxes. Free features (audits, Search Console import, AI readiness checks) never touch the balance.

The DeepSeek price is the off-peak price. Doubao has no verified price yet and cannot run.
Holds and settlement
- Before an action runs, its maximum cost is held from your balance. The button shows "about $x"; hovering shows the maximum.
- If the balance cannot cover the maximum, the action does not run and you see how much is missing.
- When the provider answers, the action settles at the actual cost. The rest of the hold comes back to the bucket it came from.
If the provider did not charge us, you pay nothing. If it charged us but we could not deliver a result, you get the amount back as platform credit (valid 365 days). An attempt whose outcome cannot be known settles at its maximum; support can release it after checking with the provider.
DeepSeek off-peak
DeepSeek is cheapest between 22:00 and 08:00 Beijing time. When you run a prompt on DeepSeek you choose Off-peak (the default: it waits for the window, results by the next morning) or Now (outside off-peak hours it costs about twice as much).

Balance is spent soonest-expiring first. Settings → Billing lists the balance by source with each expiry date. Reminders arrive 30 and 7 days before a pack expires.
What spends automatically
Only rank checks of tracked keywords, at the frequency (weekly, daily or off) and depth (top 10 to top 100) set per project in Settings → Sites. GEO runs and Growth Agent analyses run only when you start them. The weekly digest email uses data you already have and costs nothing.
