What can I do without a subscription?
There is no free plan. An account without a subscription can run site audits, import Search Console data, check AI readiness and see its dashboards. Anything that calls a paid data source (rank checks, keyword data, GEO runs, the Growth Agent) needs the subscription. There is no trial and no sign-up credit.
What does the $10 subscription include?
Every feature, plus $10 of usage each month. Included usage lapses at the end of the billing period. When you need more, buy $10 usage packs (up to 50 at a time). A pack is valid for 365 days from payment.
How is usage charged?
Each action is charged from the data provider's actual usage at the platform rate. Before an action runs, its maximum cost is held from your balance; afterwards it settles at the actual cost and the rest comes back. For example, a GEO run on ChatGPT is about $0.0018 and a content brief about $0.012.
Does anything spend my balance automatically?
Only rank checks of the keywords you track, at the frequency and depth you choose per project (weekly, daily or off). GEO runs and Growth Agent analyses run only when you start them. The weekly digest email uses data you already have and costs nothing.
What happens when a run fails?
If the provider did not charge us, you are not charged. If it charged us but we could not deliver a result, you get the amount back as platform credit.
Where do the AI answers come from?
ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity are read from the real product, so you see what a user sees and which sources it cites. Qwen, DeepSeek and Doubao are queried through the official API with web search on, which tells us the sources they retrieved. Every run shows which of the two it was.
