This page contains the AIEO.ee terms of service and privacy policy. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Terms of Service

1. Operator

AIEO (aieo.ee, "we") is operated by an individual. Contact: admin@cloud.fan.

2. Accounts

  • The service is only for individuals aged 18 or over, and for businesses and other organizations.
  • Sign up with a real, working email address. You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor device safe, and for what happens under your account.
  • Subscriptions, usage credit and project data belong to the organization (workspace), not to an individual member. The organization's owner manages members and billing.

3. The service

AIEO provides website audits, search data analysis, AI search visibility checks and AI analysis. Some data comes from third parties, such as search data providers, AI model providers, and Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools when you connect them.

We may improve, change or discontinue individual features. Material changes to paid features are announced in advance as described in section 16.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments for subscriptions and usage packs are collected by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. You buy from Dodo Payments at checkout. Dodo Payments collects the payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and issues your invoice.

For questions about payments, invoices and refunds, contact us or Dodo Payments directly.

5. Prices and taxes

  • The subscription is USD 10 per month and includes USD 10 of usage each billing period.
  • Usage packs are USD 10 each and are valid for 365 days from payment.
  • Prices exclude taxes. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated from your billing address, shown at checkout and paid by you.
  • All prices are set and charged in US dollars.

6. Usage credit

  • Only a subscribed organization can buy usage packs and use paid features.
  • Paid features draw on credit for each actual use. Before a paid action in the dashboard, we show an estimate and the maximum amount that may be held.
  • Credit included in a subscription period is valid for that period only. It expires at the end of the period and does not carry over.
  • Usage-pack credit is valid for 365 days from payment. Any part unused at expiry is forfeited.
  • After a subscription ends, remaining usage-pack credit is kept until its expiry date but cannot be used. It can be used again after you resubscribe. Its expiry date does not move.
  • Compensation credit we grant for problems on our side is valid for 365 days from the grant.
  • When there are several credit balances, the one that expires first is used first.
  • Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another organization.

7. Immediate start and right of withdrawal

  • The service and credit are available as soon as payment succeeds.
  • If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from each purchase. A purchase is the first purchase of a subscription, or each usage pack. Before checkout you confirm that you request us to start the service during the withdrawal period.
  • If you withdraw within that period, we refund the payment to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request, minus the part already provided. The deduction is the greater of: the elapsed share of the current period multiplied by the payment, for a subscription only; and the credit from that purchase already used.
  • To withdraw, email admin@cloud.fan with your organization and the purchase date. A withdrawn subscription ends at once and does not renew.
  • Business customers have no consumer right of withdrawal.

8. Refunds

  • Outside the withdrawal period, subscription fees and usage packs are generally non-refundable.
  • Contact us for exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges or the service being unavailable because of us. We handle these case by case.
  • When a refund is made, we take back the unused part of the credit granted by that payment, in proportion to the refund. Credit already used is never taken back and never becomes a debt. Credit reserved at that moment is deducted when it is released.
  • Mandatory law prevails.

9. Renewal, cancellation and failed payments

  • The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. We email you a reminder before each renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time on the billing page. You keep access until the end of the current period, and it does not renew.
  • If a renewal payment fails, the subscription is suspended at once and paid features are unavailable. It resumes when you update your payment method and the payment succeeds. No new period credit is granted while it is suspended.

10. Free features

Accounts without a subscription can use features that incur no third-party cost, such as site audits, Search Console and Bing data imports, and AI readability checks. We may change which features are free.

11. Acceptable use

When using the service, you must not:

  • check, crawl or analyze websites you are not authorized to manage, or break a target website's access rules;
  • interfere with, attack or bypass the security or billing of the service, or send it an abnormal volume of requests;
  • resell or rent out the service, or let people outside your organization use your account;
  • use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close the accounts involved, and we reserve our legal rights.

12. Disclaimer

  • Rankings, search data, AI search results and AI analysis provided by the service are for reference only. They may come from third parties or be generated by AI, and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
  • We do not guarantee any ranking, visibility, traffic or revenue for your website. Decisions you make based on the service's data and suggestions are your own.
  • We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Outages or changes at third-party providers may affect some features.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data; and our total liability to you is limited to the total fees paid for your organization's service through Dodo Payments in the 12 months before the liability arose.

This section does not limit liability for our intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14. Suspension and termination

You can cancel your subscription, delete your organization or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or where needed to comply with the law. We will give notice beforehand where we can. If we end a paid service for reasons of our own, we refund the unused part of the current period pro rata through Dodo Payments.

15. Deleting accounts, organizations and data

  • When an organization is deleted, its subscription is cancelled at once and remaining credit is forfeited without refund, except for a withdrawal within the withdrawal period.
  • When you delete your personal account: if you are the only member and owner of an organization, that organization is deleted too, as above; if the organization has other members, you must first transfer ownership or remove them. A regular member deleting their account does not affect the organization's subscription or credit.

16. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For a material change, we email the owner of each organization at least 14 days before it takes effect and update the date on this page. Other changes take effect when published here. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the changed terms. If you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence.

If a dispute arises, please first email admin@cloud.fan so we can try to resolve it. If that fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

The individual operating AIEO is the controller of your personal data. For privacy questions and requests, email admin@cloud.fan.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email, name, your password stored as a one-way hash, and the two-factor secret if you enable two-factor authentication.
  • Organization and project data: organization name, members, the website domains, keywords, prompts and competitors you add, and other settings you make.
  • Connected platform data: when you connect Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools, we store the access credentials encrypted and read your site's search performance, indexing and crawl data.
  • Data the service produces: audit results of public web pages, AI search visibility results, the inputs and outputs of AI analysis, and usage and charge records.
  • Account, security and preference data: language and digest preferences, email verification and two-factor status, API key prefixes and hashes, invitations and invitee email addresses, checkout consent records, administrative audit logs and support access records.
  • Payment data: see section 5.
  • Technical data: the IP address and browser information of your login sessions, and the service logs needed to investigate problems.
  • Communications: emails you send us, and the recipient, subject, content and delivery status of the billing, security and notification emails we send.

3. Why we process it

  • To provide the service you buy or use, including accounts, projects, data imports, checks and analysis. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • To take payments, handle tax, invoices, refunds and reconciliation. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and fix problems. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
  • To send sign-in, billing, renewal reminder and service emails. Legal basis: performance of the contract. We also send organization members a weekly growth digest by default. You can turn it off in Settings or through the unsubscribe link in the email; security and billing emails are unaffected. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
  • To connect Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. Legal basis: your authorization, which you can withdraw at any time by disconnecting.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising.

4. Recipients

To provide the service, we share the data needed with these categories of providers:

  • a payment provider acting as Merchant of Record, for payments, tax and invoices;
  • server and database hosting providers;
  • email delivery providers, for sign-in, billing and notification emails;
  • search data providers, for ranking, keyword and AI search result data;
  • AI model providers, for the AI analysis and AI search visibility checks you start;
  • the search engine webmaster platforms you connect, which we read only after you authorize it.

Search data providers receive search terms or prompts, market and language settings, and request parameters. AI model providers receive your prompts and chat messages, organization and brand names, keywords, domains and page URLs, competitor and citation data, audit issue summaries, and selected project analysis data. They never receive your password, two-factor secret, connected-platform credentials or payment details.

When you ask for support or we investigate a problem, a platform administrator may temporarily view your account as you. Every such access is recorded.

We may disclose data to authorities where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.

5. Payment data

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Card numbers and other payment details are collected and processed directly by Dodo Payments and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

To match a payment to your organization, we give Dodo Payments the organization identifier, account email and name. We receive from Dodo Payments the payment status, amount, tax, currency, billing country and invoice link, and the subscription status and period.

Dodo Payments processes your data under its own privacy policy, linked at the bottom of the checkout page.

6. International transfers

Our providers may be located outside your country or region, including in the United States and China, so your data may be transferred there for processing. Where the law requires it, we put appropriate safeguards in place.

7. Retention

  • Account, organization and project data: kept until you delete the account or organization, and then deleted from our database. Exceptions: administrative audit records, payment notifications not yet fully processed, and emails that failed or were skipped. If the operator keeps database backups, copies in them are deleted when those backups expire.
  • Expired login sessions: deleted when they expire.
  • Raw provider responses of checks: cleared 90 days after a check completes; the parsed results are kept. Individual records kept to investigate a problem are the exception.
  • AI readability checks: detailed reports are kept for at most 180 days and at most the latest 50 per project; summaries and scores are kept for 365 days.
  • Search Console page-level query data: 120 days. Bing webmaster data: 400 days.
  • Sent emails and processed payment notifications: 30 days. Payment notifications about refunds and disputes: 180 days. Records that failed, are pending or are quarantined are kept until the problem is resolved.
  • Payment and invoice records: kept by Dodo Payments, as Merchant of Record, as tax and accounting law requires.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to provide the service: a session cookie that keeps you signed in; a short-lived cookie used during sign-in when two-factor authentication is enabled; and cookies that remember your language in the dashboard and on this site. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics or tracking tools.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law, you can:

  • access your personal data and get a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data. You can delete your account or organization yourself in the settings;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • withdraw an authorization: disconnect Search Console or Bing at any time to revoke future access. This does not delete data already imported; to remove it, delete the project, organization or account;
  • complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Email admin@cloud.fan to make a request. We reply within 30 days. To protect your account, we may first need to verify your identity.

10. Security

We use HTTPS, store passwords as one-way hashes, encrypt third-party access credentials, and support two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your data, we notify you as the law requires.

11. Minors

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

12. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy. For a material change, we email the owner of each organization at least 14 days before it takes effect and update the date on this page.
