One $10 plan with $10 of usage included each month. What an account can do without it, and how subscribing and cancelling work.

There is no free plan. An account without a subscription can use what runs on our own servers. Anything that calls a paid data source (search data, AI engines, language models) needs the subscription. There is no trial and no sign-up credit.
Usage
The subscription is $10 a month plus applicable taxes and includes $10 of usage each billing period. Every paid action is charged from the data provider's actual usage at the platform rate. When the included usage runs out, buy usage packs of $10 plus taxes (up to 50 at a time). A pack is valid for 365 days from payment. See Usage & balance for prices and how holds work.
Subscribe, cancel, resume
- Subscribe in Settings → Subscription. Before checkout you confirm that the service starts immediately. Payment runs on the checkout page of Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record: Dodo collects the payment, calculates and remits the tax for your billing address, and issues the invoice. Prices are charged in US dollars.
- Cancel takes effect at the end of the paid period. You keep access until then. Your data is never deleted.
- Resume reverses a pending cancellation.
- Failed payment: when a renewal payment fails, paid features pause at once. Update the payment method in the billing portal; access comes back as soon as the payment succeeds. There is no grace period.
When the subscription ends, paid actions stop. Projects, keywords, prompts and history stay. Usage-pack balance stays until its own expiry and can be used again when you subscribe.
Invoices & payment methods
Every payment has an invoice issued by Dodo Payments. Settings → Billing lists them; the billing portal (Settings → Subscription) holds the payment method, invoices and tax details. Usage packs are one-off purchases, separate from the subscription.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers in the EU and the UK may withdraw from each purchase within 14 days. Because the service starts immediately, the refund is the payment minus the part already provided: the elapsed share of the period, or the usage already spent from that purchase, whichever is greater. Email admin@cloud.fan to withdraw. Outside that window, payments are generally not refunded; contact us about duplicate charges or an outage on our side.
Demo / self-hosted note
On self-hosted instances without a Dodo Payments key (DEMO_MODE), subscribing in
Settings switches the plan directly for evaluation. No payment is processed.
